Ingredients

  • 1 bunchkale
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1/2salt

Steps

  1. 1

     Pre heat oven 350 

  2. 2

    Clean and Cut Kale up to one or two inch each

  3. 3

     Mix kale oil and salt in a bowl

  4. 4

     Spread out on baking sheet try to not overlap

  5. 5

    Bake 15 mins

Came out great. I've tried other temperatures and this temp and cook time worked best. I used garlic instead of salt. :)
