Ingredients

  1. salad
  2. 2 cupromaine salad mix
  3. 4 ozroast beef (cooked)
  4. 1/3 cupfinely shredded mexican cheese (any brand)
  5. 2 tbspmt. olive jalapeños (diced) or whatever cut you like
  6. 1 eachplum tomato (chopped)
  7. 1/4 tbspgreen Spanish hot sauce
  8. dressing
  9. 1 tbsphellmans mayo
  10. 3 tbspcucumber/tzaziki sauce
  11. 1 3/4 tspwhite vinegar
  12. 1 dashblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    heat roast beef (leftovers) in microwave or in oven to make warm

  2. 2

    place 2 cups salad mix on plate

  3. 3

    spread heated roast beef across the salad (ensure evenly placed atop salad)

  4. 4

    drizzle dressing atop steak and salad mix (use sparingly)

  5. 5

    spread tomatoes atop salad evenly

  6. 6

    sprinkle cheese atop salad

  7. 7

    sprinkle jalapeños on salad (your discretion how hot you want it)

  8. 8

    splash the green hot sauce anywher atoo of salad for more heat
