Add beef in a bowl, add pepper salt cinnamon olive oul and oyster sauce, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes (I left my over night)

After marinate, put a pan on the stove at middle high heat.

Put the beef when the pan heat until cooked on both side to uour taste, remove and slice the beef and put aside

Salad: mixed all vegatables in a bowl and put in a serving dish.

Put the slice beef ontop the mixed salad, dress with balsamic dressing sauce, garnish with coriander. Enjoy
