1pineapple juice
10quartered strawberries
2sliced bananas
1pineapple, peeled, cored & chopped

layer cut up fruit in bottom of pitcher or punch bowl
2

fill pitcher or punch bowl half full of sprite, then the rest with pineapple juice
3

stir and chill for 1 hour
4

can add sugar or sugar substitute. also, diet sprite can be used
