Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1leftover shredded chicken
  2. 1 packagesdried spaghetti
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 4fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  6. 1 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1 tbsporegano
  8. 1 cupchicken stock
  9. 1 cupheavy cream
  10. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  11. 1salt&pepper to taste
  12. 1any leftover veggies (corn, broccoli, etc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add pasta and oil to sslted boiling water. Cook until al dente.

  2. 2

    In a pot melt the butter, add mushrooms and cook until soft and dark. Stir in the garlic, chicken, oregano, and chicken broth. Increase the heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add any leftover veggies.

  4. 4

    Stir in the pasta and leave on the heat for a few minutes to heat through.

  5. 5

    Add the parmesan and salt&pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy.
