Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Pops Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Pops
We didn't have fresh cream, plus I don't feel comfortable using raw eggs in the Philippines... so I used milk thickened with flour instead (I heard a rumor that Cebu ice cream is made by adding starch to milk, so I tried the flour). It turned out delicious!Make sure to mix the flour in well in Step 1 so that it doesn't form lumps.Microwave cooking times vary depending on the oven, so be careful not to let the milk boil over.If you are cooking the sauce on the stove top, be careful not to let it boil too by adjusting the heat, or taking the pan off the heat occasionally and mixing. For 2 to 3 ice trays worth. Recipe by Nooko cookpad.japan
