Potted Prawns (shrimps) - Truely special lunch or starter
My Grandmas favourite for a special occasion or a really nice lunch. ENJOY

Devide the Prawns into 4 little bowls or ramakins. Add the nutmeg, paprika and cayenne (2 pinch per pot) and little salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in microwave in 10 sec bursts. Just needs to melt not too hot. Then pour over the Prawns to cover. Put in the Fridge overmight to allow flavours to blend.

2 Hours before serving take out of fridge to allow to come to room temp. Serve with home made bagette or sourdough tosted. AMAZING - ENJOY :P
