Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6Pork Chops (or more depending on size)
  • 56 medium potatoes sliced (peeled or unpeeled)
  • 1 tbspbutter (plus more to butter the baking dish)
  • 1Seasoning of your choice
  • 10 ozcan Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 10 ozcan of French Onion Soup

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Brown the pork chops in a skillet.

  3. 3

    Butter the casserole dish and layer the sliced potatoes in the dish.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the potatoes with the seasoning, and dot with butter.

    Mix the soups together in a bowl.

  6. 6

    Arrange pork chops on top of the potatoes, and pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.

    Cover with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 60-90 minutes.
