Ingredients

  1. 3 cupnonfat dry milk
  2. 1/8to 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 1/2 cupDutch cocoa powder (Dutch cocoa powder is cocoa powder that has been treated with an alkali to neutralize some of its natural acidity)
  4. 2 cupconfectioner's sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cuppeanut butter baking chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Working in 2 batches, pulse ingredients in a food processor or blender until peanut butter baking chips are finely ground.

  3. 3

    Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.

  4. 4

    To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk.

  5. 5

    Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.

  6. 6

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
