Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2low fat plain yogurt
  2. 2 tsplight mayonnaise
  3. 2 tbspolives, rinsed and patted dry
  4. 1 clovegarlic,minced
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 pinchcayenne peper
  7. 2 2/3 cupcrab or crayfish meat cooked
  8. 6 cupmixed salad greens
  9. 1Lemon wedges to serve

  1. 1

    Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise,olives,garlic,salt and cayenne peper together in a blender. Mix till smooth.

  2. 2

    Scrape into a bowl and stir in crab(or crayfish) meat. Season to taste with salt and cayenne peper

  3. 3

    Divide the greens among 4 large plates and spoon the crab or crayfish mixture on top. Serve with lemon wedges
