Ingredients

  1. 1over ripe banana,mashed
  2. 100 gramscream cheese
  3. 100 gramsunsalted softened butter
  4. 275 gramsto 300 grams icing sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the cheese until soft.

  2. 2

    Add the butter and whisk in.

  3. 3

    Mash the banana and whisk it in.

  4. 4

    Add sieved icing sugar and whisk into frosting, set aside and chill until needed

  5. 5

    This is enough to cover one large loaf or use for tray cupcakes.
