Steps

Pre-heat oven to 170c and line a tin with baking parchment and butter the paper

Make a bain-marie and put the butter and chocolate in the bowl and melt over the heat

Once done sift the flour, sugar and cocoa powder into the chocolate mix and fold in

Add the eggs then half the pack of bourbons
- 5
Lay it in the tin, making sure to get right to the sides and sprinkle the rest of the bourbons on top
- 6
Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins and enjoy!!
