Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupbutter
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 tspbutter scotch essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar together, add in essence

  2. 2

    Sieve flour, pour in little by little, and knead

  3. 3

    Place dough over a floured board, roll, use cookie cutter and cut out desired shapes onto baking sheet

  4. 4

    Preheat oven and bake for 15-20mins.
