Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter or margarine softened
  2. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tbspmilk
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1/2 cupflaked coconut
  7. 16whole cinnamon Graham Crackers , crushed to 2 cups

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Crease your backing pan

  3. 3

    in large bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy.

  4. 4

    Beat in eggs milk and vanilla until blended

  5. 5

    stir in Graham crackers crumbs, coconut until next

  6. 6

    Spread evenly into a pan

  7. 7

    Big 25 to 27 minutes or until lightly browned

  8. 8

    Cool

  9. 9

    You can add some chocolate chip to the mixture and sparkle it with confectioner Sugar after baked
