Ingredients

  • 100 gmDark chocolate
  • 100 gmWhipped cream
  • Choco chips for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Break chocolate in small pieces and melt it using double boiler method

  2. 2

    Take cream and start whipping it till the peaks formed

  3. 3

    Let the chocolate be cool for sometime...

  4. 4

    In a bowl add both cream and chocolate together but gently

  5. 5

    Pour the mousse into the glasses.

  6. 6

    Take some whipped cream in a piping bag and make a design on it and also garnish with choco chips and silver sprinklers
