In a big bowl add maida, oil, sugar, salt, suzi and milk. make soft dough and rest for 30 minutes

Take a big ball size dough and roll as thin

Take a knife cut in thin strips

Now mix ghree and makhan and melt it. Brush the all strips with ghee mixture

Now collect with the help of spatula and roll like a rope

Make the peda with soft hand to roll it

Keep in frigde for 30 minutes to set

Now roll out with the help of hands

Now put it on preheated tawa and fry from both sides

Serve with any dal or subji
