Ingredients

10-15minutes
10pax
  1. 250 gflour
  2. 75 gmargarine
  3. 1 tbsbaking powder
  4. 1 pcegg
  5. 125 mlmilk
  6. 75 gsugar
  7. 50 gsultanas

Steps

10-15minutes
  1. 1

    Rub together flour,margarine,baking powder and sugar

  2. 2

    Add egg,milk and make a soft short dough

  3. 3

    Roll and cut into required sizes

  4. 4

    Egg wash your scones

  5. 5

    Bake in a temp of 180'c

  6. 6

    Bake for 10-15min

  7. 7

    Let them cool then serve with tea
