Dry roast broken wheat in a nonstick pan.cool and grind it in mixer.

Mix curd,sale,baking soda and Dalia,keep aside.

In a pan heat oil,splutter Mustard seeds and curry leaves.now saute capsicum and carrot in it.add turmeric powder,red chilli and mix well.

Now in Dalia batter mix this tempering and make smooth batter by adding little water.

Heat 2 glass water in a pressure cooker.pour batter in greased idli stand and steam it in pressure cooker for 15 minutes.off the gas and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Now remove idli from stand and serve with tomato sauce.
