Ingredients

5 hours
27 pieces
  1. 4mugs of white flour
  2. 1mug hot milk
  3. 1 tbsptable salt
  4. 6 tbspsugar
  5. 25 gfresh yeast
  6. 14 ginstant yeast
  7. 2 tbspsunflower oil
  8. 2size M eggs + 1 for the egg wash (egg mixed with water)
  9. 50 graisins (not a must)

    Prepare the ingredients

    Heat the mug with the milk in a microwave oven and add the yeasts and sugar and let it rest for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the milk mixture to a big pot and add the oil,flour,eggs and salt and kneed it. It will be sticky and will look like on the picture

    Put it covered with a tablecloth to a warm place like pre-heated oven for an hour, after one hour push the air out of it. Repeat this 4 times.

    Put a baking paper in a pan and oil it a little and form approx 27 balls of the dough and put them close to each other in the pan. Let it raise one last time for 15-30 minutes.

    Make an egg wash by mixing one egg with half mug of water and brush the tops of kolaches with a brush or feather and put one raisin on top of each.

  7. 7

    Put it in the oven which has to be 170 degrees celsius and bake it till the toothpick comes out clean.Happy baking ya'll!!

I like to discover new spices and ideas.i never try to follow the "official" rules in cooking, but rather my main ingredient is my passion. When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.
