Ingredients

  • 1/2 ltrKhatti lassi
  • 1small bowl of besan
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi
  • Salt apne according
  • 1/2 spoonmethi seeds
  • 1/2 spoonrai
  • 1/2small spoon hing
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 2big spoon Oil
  • Water as required
  • 1dry red chilli for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Pehle lassi mein besan and haldi mix Karein. Gas par kadai rakhe.

  2. 2

    Kadai mein oil dale.oil mein methi seeds, raj,curry leaves and hing dale

  3. 3

    Tel mein lal mirich dale. Ab lassi mix hui dale.aur usse half hour tak chalaye.and your dish is ready. And garnish with dry red chilli
