Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 quartvanilla ice cream
  2. 1 lbreal butter unsalted(no substitutes)
  3. 1 lbbrown sugar
  4. 1/2 lbpowdered sugar
  5. 1cinnamon to taste
  6. 1nutmeg to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    soften ice cream, then cream sugar and softened butter and spices together, then mix with softened ice cream, by doing it this way you incorporates the butter better

  2. 2

    keep in a good sealed container in the freezer

  3. 3

    add a large spoonful or two, to a cup of boiling water and a shot of rum or bourbon

  4. 4

    or even top with whipped cream if you like

  5. 5

    I put 4 servings down so the recipe can be broken down to a smaller batch with the help of the app converter

I love being in the kitchen and My hubby and I love riding bikes! We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
