  • 8 mediumsized yellow crooknecked squash sliced into medallions
  • 3 tbspbacon fat
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1 mediumonion sliced
  • 4 sliceof hogs cheek bacon
  • 1black pepper powder to taste

    put it all in the pan on high stir as needed
