In a bowl, take methi levels and little salt and mix well.keep tem aside for 5 minutes and squeeze out all the excess liquid from methi levels.

Now combine methi levels, wheat flour, besan,ginger green chilli paste, sugar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, Oil and salt together.use water to knead into soft dough.

Divide this dough equal portions and shap each portion roughly into an oval by rolling it between your palm and fingers.

Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry muthias on medium flames till the turn golden brown.

Drain on an absorbent paper.garnish them with roasted sesame seeds and grated cheese. Serve methi muthias with ketchup.
