Ingredients

  • Rice 1kg,cooking oil
  • 4tomatoes, onion and garlic
  • Spinach, and water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice and cook it for fifteen minutes then chop tomatoes and onions, fry the spinach adding little water

  2. 2

    Serve while still hot with a cup of tea if you wish
