Name: Chinese fried rice

Ingredients: 2 cup leftover cooked rice; 1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables; like bellpaper, onion, tomato, gajar; 1 tsp garlic chopped; 1 tsp chopped adruk; 1/2 tsp chopped chillies; 2 tsp soya sauce; 2 tsp vinegar; 2 tsp tomato sauce; salt as par taste; 1 tsp rai; 1/2 tsp red chilly powder; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1 tbsp oil

2 cupleftover cooked rice
1 cupfinely chopped mix vegetables

1 tspgarlic chopped
1 tspchopped adruk
1/2 tspchopped chillies
2 tspsoya sauce
2 tspvinegar
2 tsptomato sauce
salt as par taste
1 tsprai
1/2 tspred chilly powder
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tbspoil

Steps

In a wok heat oil add rai, garlic, adruk and chillies and saute for 2 minutes

Add all vegies and roast it for 2 minutes

Add salt, chilly powder, black pepper, sauces, vinegar and rice

Mix well and cook. cover the lid for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with sauce
