  1. 1 literstock of your choice
  2. 8dumpling /wanton skin
  3. 2 tbspspring onion
  4. omelette
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 dashsalt and pepper
  7. dumpling filling
  8. 1dice carrot
  9. 2dice celery
  10. 1 cupshreded cooked leftover chicken optional
  11. 1 tspshao xing wine
  12. 1dice onion
  13. 1 tbspfish sauce
  14. noodle option
  15. 4combs of soy noodle

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Blend or chopped coarsely dumpling filling then fill up 1tbsp unto the duming /wanton skin,using a dumpling mold or by hand then fasten all corner with wet finger tip

    Make dumpling and set aside

    In pan with 1 tbsp of oil fry omelette then break it up the omelette into big pieces

    Add spring onion and stock then bring it to a boil

    Add soy noodle and dumpling then lower down to a simmer for 3 minutes (so that the dumpling will not break up)then add seasoning and off heat and serve
