Ingredients

  • Seasoning
  • 3 tbspRempah powder (Coriander)
  • 1Pepper
  • 1Black soya sauce
  • 1Salt to taste
  • 1Sugar to taste
  • 1Soya sauce to taste
  • 1Five spice powder to taste
  • Soak
  • 2 1/2 kgglutinous rice
  • Finely chopped
  • 2 packagesCandied water melon
  • 1 3/4 kgPork Belly
  • 1 bunchMushroom
  • 2 eachGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 3 hours then fry with garlic and salt

  2. 2

    Steam pork and finely chopped

  3. 3

    Fry shallots till soft, add garlic

  4. 4

    Add in all chopped ingredients (candied melon last) then seasonings.

  5. 5

    Put a piece of pandan leave before laying thin layer of rice follow by a big heap spoon of fried ingredients

  6. 6

    This makes approx 50 dumplings
