Steps

Soak rice for 3 hours then fry with garlic and salt

Steam pork and finely chopped

Fry shallots till soft, add garlic

Add in all chopped ingredients (candied melon last) then seasonings.

Put a piece of pandan leave before laying thin layer of rice follow by a big heap spoon of fried ingredients

This makes approx 50 dumplings
