Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuppicante sauce
  2. 1 cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
  3. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 6eggs
  5. 1 cupsour cream
  6. 1tomato slices and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the picante sauce into a lightly grease 10 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle with cheese set aside.

  2. 2

    In a blender or food processor processor eggs and sour cream until smooth pour over cheese

  3. 3

    bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean

  4. 4

    let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting garnish with tomato and Sandra with desired.
