Flammekueche Flammekueche
A while ago, I found a great recipe online and adapted it to fit our cooking style. My husband prefers white sauce bases, so when we have pizza night at home, I alternate between this recipe and a white sauce pizza for him. I make my pizza dough in a bread machine. Schnitzel Schnitzel
Schnitzel is a popular dish. If served with French fries and a side salad, it's called 'Schniposa' (a merged nickname for schnitzel, pommes frites, and salad).Use pork, chicken or veal. If the sauce doesn't thicken, add a little katakuriko slurry. Schnitzel is usually breaded with ground up panko, but if you cannot find it, grind up dried panko to achieve that texture. Flammekueche (Alsatian Tarte Flambée) Flammekueche (Alsatian Tarte Flambée)
My partner loves flammekueche, and if I had known before how easy and quick it is to make, I would have tried it a long time ago!Just like pizza, you can top it with almost anything you like. Here, I’m sharing the traditional recipe: just onions and bacon on a base of crème fraîche and fromage blanc. It’s delicious and so easy to eat!Part of this tarte flambée was made without onions for my son, who absolutely loved it. 😀You can make this recipe with or without a stand mixer. German Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut German Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut
Take the time to make delicious German pork knuckle, which is why restaurants often charge $15-20. It requires two days of marinating, two hours of simmering, and thirty minutes of roasting. When done, the skin is crispy and the meat falls off the bone. Pair it with homemade sauerkraut or German sausages for a restaurant-quality meal! Oceanmommy ChenTranslated from Cookpad Taiwan -
