preheat oven to 375°

In a large skillet melt butter on medium high

add the garlic & chicken wings

cook about 2 to 3 mins per side

Mix pineapple juice & cornstarch together

Poor in a medium sauce pan & add the brown sugar, la choy sauce, & vinegar

Bring to a boil. Boil for about 5 mins. Then add the pineapple chunks.

place chicken in a baking dish, poor sauce mixer over the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for about an hr.
