2 tbspBrown sugar
4 tbspHoney
1/2 cupSoy sauce
2 tspFresh ginger chopped or 1/4 tsp dried
2 tspMinced garlic
1 tbspHot sauce
1 cupAll purpose flour
4Skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
1 tbspVeg oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix brown sugar, honey, soy, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce In small sauce pan, simmer while cooking chicken.

Combine flour, salt, and pepper, cut chicken into strips and coat with flour.

Cook in oil till done and light browned. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer till sauce is thickened.

Serve and Enjoy :)

I love sweet and spicy things and use brown sugar often when cooking to add a little sweetness. I kinda threw this together one night. As a single woman to a little girl, I dread coming home to cook for hours but also don't want to eat frozen dinners. This recipe is super simple with few ingredients to give you more time with your loved ones. Me and my daughter love this chicken. I add more spice to mine bc I like it hot. On my daughter's I skip the Cayenne and replace it with Cajun seasoning and a dash of garlic.
