Steps

Parboil rice for 10mins.wash and boil again with salt.

Let the water dry and the rice soft.put off the heat.

Wash and slice carrots.soak in warm water for 3mins add salt to it.

And sieve out from water..set aside

Blend tomatoes,pepper,turmeric and ginger.

Boil all the blended things till water evaporates.

Pour in groundunt oil and fry.stir at intervals.

Add sliced onion.pour in little water and boil very well.

Add curry,salt and Maggi.

Onces is boiling.taste for salt.onces is ok put off the heat.

Serve the rice with carrots and stew.enjoy
