Summer almost no cook pasta .Easy!

Ingredients

  1. 8 eachfresh basil leaves, cut into strips
  2. 1fresh scallion finely chopped
  3. 4 clovegarlic finely minced
  4. 1 1/2 lbbrie cheese with rind cut off
  5. 1 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
  6. 4 largeripe tomatoes
  7. 1 lbhot cooked pasta

Cooking Instructions

    chop tomatoes ,basil ,garlic ,scallions into a nonreactive bowl. break Brie into little pieces and put in bowl. cover with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. let this sit on the counter at room temperature covered for 1 1/2 hours to two hours.

    you can use whatever kind of cheese you want or whatever portions of vegetables to Olive Oil depending on how you want it

    Add zucchini ribbons or really good imported olives or use whatever you really like. Cheeses ,veggies anything that you love. I always put more tomatoes in because i love them.

    cook your pasta to desired tenderness how you like ,aldente is best.

    drain pasta do not rinse take hot pasta put it into the veggie / cheese bowl and toss until well blended. serve on a bed of arugula or baby spinach and top with Parmesan cheese

I've been a chef manager for restaurants many years ,but now i ve settled down into the k m s . cooking for elementary kids. with the incentive from the government and everything ,I have totally tried to do homemade as much as I can and contrary to popular belief these kids have some awesome palettes.. I will start sending some pictures of stuff that I make and the kids that really like my stuff so I'm glad. 60 percent of our kids are free and reduced and they only get a really good to meal today from me.
