2 tbspoil
3/4 cupgluten free baking mix
1/3 cupbeer
1/2 tspgarlic salt
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspRed pepper

Add remaining ingredients. cut fish/shrimp/chicken into 1 inch pieces.
