I was looking for an easy recipe that I could cook when I got home from work. Something that tasted delicious and made from easy fresh ingredients. This meal is so Customizable that you can mix and match different ingredients and still have it taste amazing.

I was looking for an easy recipe that I could cook when I got home from work. Something that tasted delicious and made from easy fresh ingredients. This meal is so Customizable that you can mix and match different ingredients and still have it taste amazing.
Steps

Put pasta water on to boil while you prep the ingredients.

Cut the Casing off the Italian sausage, crumble and brown in a skillet. Once browned, remove and set aside

Finely Dice onion and slice up garlic
- 4
Put pasta on to boil according to package instructions
- 5
In the skillet add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. This will be your base for your sauce. Heat on medium heat until shimmering

Add onion and garlic and stir let the onion and garlic sweat for five minutes or until Fragrant
- 7
Add the cherry tomatoes and cover let simmer for 3-5 min. While cooking began to finle chop your basil and parsley.

Uncover and pop the tomatoes with a spatula or potato masher then stir. Add salt and pepper and 1/2 a cup of pasta water to the skillet to get desired Consistency

Using a basket or a slotted spoon Add pasta to the skillet saving the pasta water for sauce consistency. And add the browned sausage crumbles.

Stir in the chopped herbs and parmesan cheese
