Microwave the grated yellow pumpkin for 3 to 4 minutes with 2 tbsp water remove keep aside to cool then add boiled potato chopped onion green chilli salt pepper powder garam masala lime juice rice flour and corn starch

Mix well divide into equal part make tikki roll it in bread crumbs keep this in the fridge for 15 minutes

Heat the PAN add oil shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown in colour on a low flame yellow pumpkin cutlets is ready serve with ketchup or with green chutney thank you happy cooking
