    Ek bowl me atta lijiye usme maida milayye Namak dale thoda melt butter dale mix karein thoda sa pani dalkar achhe se knead kar lijiye

    Ek bowl me cheese dale grate kiya huya, fir gajar dale

  3. 3

    Ek bowl me cheese dale aur capsicum ko chote chote kat kar mixer me pees lijiye ab cheese me mila dijiye

  4. 4

    Knead kiye huye atte mese loi leker patli Roti ki trh bel lijiye uspe carrot cheese wala mixer dalkar faila dijiye

  5. 5

    Ab dusri roti bel ligiye uspe capsicum cheese wala mixture dalkar faila de ab dono roll ek dusre ke upar rakh dijiye

  6. 6

    Halke hath se press karein aur roll ki tarah fold kar dijiye uska kinara pani se chipka dijiye aur use chote chote pees me kat lijiye

  7. 7

    Gas on karein pan rakhe ghee dale jab ghee garam ho jay to usme roll ko slow flame pe fry kar lijiye
