  • 1ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 slicelow calorie bread
  • 2 slicereduced calorie cheese
  • 1 tbsplight mayonnaise

    Mix egg whites, seasoning salt, and black pepper in a bowl

    Pour the egg mixture in a skillet and scramble on medium

    Toast Bread

    Divide mayonnaise between the toast slices

    Add eggs and cheese to toast

  6. 6

    ENJOY
