  2. 1/2 tspseasoning salt
  3. 1ground black pepper to taste
  4. 4 slicelow calorie bread
  5. 2 slicereduced calorie cheese
  6. 1 tbsplight mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Mix egg whites, seasoning salt, and black pepper in a bowl

    Pour the egg mixture in a skillet and scramble on medium

    Toast Bread

  4. 4

    Divide mayonnaise between the toast slices

    Add eggs and cheese to toast
