preheat oven to 325°

in a large bowl combine all ingredients, except zuchini n raisins, mix well

fold in zucchini and raisins

pour into 2 lightly greased bread pans.

bake for about one hour... bread will be done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean..

let cool, slice and enjoy
