Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients using a sifter.

Mix all wet ingredients

Make a space in center of dry ingredient and add wet ingredients mix in the center.

Mix dough thoroughly. Dough should feel soft and glistening and not like pizza dough.

Flatten dough with a roller pin to about 2mm thickness

Using a sharp knife or cutter to cut 1/2 inch squares

Or cut 2 inch squares and then the squares to triangles. Create a hole in the center of the triangle and pull one of the ears out of the circle to make a star shape.

Make sure oil or shortening for frying is around 350°F. Fry the chips and or stars until brown, takes only a couple of minutes.

Allow to cool completely before serving for a crunchy snack desert and or with peanuts.
