Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

+++###+++ I have also used crab meat, Mayo, and siracchi as a filling also.

  2. 2

+++###+++ I wanted to add that I bought a wood bowl at the international market.. the bowl should be unfinished because it absorbs moisture... it is also used to make rice for sushi because of the absorbency ..

  3. 3

***** rinse rice thoroughly. put hand in bowl and run through rice. keep pouring off water and repeat this process over and over.. water should look clear drain and put in rice cooker

  4. 4

**** put rice in rice cooker fill up (I like to use broth from the carton). let sit for 30 minutes before you start to cook it. turn on your rice cooker, put in soy sauce, garlic and let cook. when rice is done turn rice off and let sit for 10 minutes..... put in untreateed wood bowl and stir with rice paddle to cool...

  5. 5

mix Mayo and cream cheese. mix DRAINED TUNA with cr cheese mixture ... put in fridge while rice is cooking.

  6. 6

**** I saw this trick online ... take your rice paddle and eye ball about 1/4 cup rice and place in the middle of a 10" piece of Saran wrap

  7. 7

in the middle of rice put about a tablespoon of tuna/ cream cheese mixture. put about another tablespoon of rice on the top. put your hands under the Saran wrap and form the rice into a ball. roll it between your hands until it forms a ball.

  8. 8

wrap in Saran wrap. a good TO GO LUNCH!!!

  9. 9

cut nori sheets into 2" strips ... can wrap around outside of rice ball before eating..

Very nice. Outstanding description of process. Remember to taste both filling and rice for seasoning adjustments.
