  • 1 bunchcut kales
  • 3tomatoes for stew
  • 1onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil

    Add onions with cooking in the sufuria and cook till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes then salt and 1 cup of water.

  3. 3

    Steam the kales with salt and a little oil.

  4. 4

    Pour the tomato soup on the fish.

  5. 5

    Add the steamed kales

  6. 6

    Serve with Ugali
