200 gboiled beef
1sliced onion
3chopped tomatoes
dhania
cooking oil
salt
1/2 tbsroyco

Add onions to the beef and add cooking oil

Stir for a minute then add tomatoes as you stir. allow them to soften then crash them.

Add royco mixed with water. cover for 5-8 minutes then turn off heat and serve.
