This one's for my sis, who's favorite cut of fish is the head. Enjoy!
Steps

Wash and blend tomatoes, pepper and onions. Boil for some time.

Dress fish, spice up and fry. Set aside.

Place a clean pot on heat. Add oil and fry the blended paste. Add water then pour in the spices, Maggi, salt and stir. Add in the fist. Cover pit and allow to simmer.

Place another clean pot on heat. Parboil rice and wash. Add water (just enough to cook the rice), and a pinch of salt let boil. Pour in the Rice. Allow to Cook until water dries off.

Wash spinach very well. Slice and drain. Slice onion. Place a clean pot on heat. Add a drop of veg oil, pour in the spinach, add a pinch of salt, cover and allow for 2 minute. Add sliced Onion and mix together, lower heat.

Dish out your boiled Rice, fish stew & Veggie and serve! Enjoy!
