My sweet and spicy Pork

I tried pork yet again in the second week in a row after keeping off for soo many years. Tonight reminds me of that night that kept me off pork. On that night our neighbour had slaughtered one of his fatty pigs and they were generous enough to offer a big chunk of pork to us.
I was young and inexperienced cook. I took the pork sliced to big chunks and threw it in a sufuria, I added my veges and used the only seasoning I knew.
The taste and experience of that dish is so vivid in my mind not to behold.

The next morning first thing was to throw away the remaining chunk of pork left. Flashforward i am enjoying pork now huh! Second week in a row....😋😋😋
