Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 1 headgarlic
  • 100 mlsoy sauce
  • 100 mlvinegar
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté garlic until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the chicken

  3. 3

    Add the soy sauce and vinegar

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil then simmer until the smell of vinegar vanish. Do not stir or cover.

  5. 5

    Add water then reduce into desired consistency

  6. 6

    Serve with steamed rice
