Ingredients

  1. 2Onions
  2. 6Carrots
  3. 1Bushel of celery
  4. 2 packagescubed beef
  5. 1 boxBeef stock
  6. 1as needed Water
  7. 1Red wine (fruity)
  8. 1as needed Salt and pepper
  9. 1 packagesEgg noodles

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot, brown the beef

  2. 2

    Remove beef from pot, set to side. Add chopped vegetables and cook until soft and translucent

  3. 3

    Add back beef. Add water, beef stock, red wine to pot. Make sure everything is at least partially covered

  4. 4

    Cook on low heat for 5-8 hours until beef extremely soft and tears apart at the touch

  5. 5

    Cook egg noodles. Serve on top of egg noodles.
