In a pot, boil the pasta until softened. Add a pinch of salt when cooking.

Prepare ingredients. Chop the fresh coriander, smash the garlic cloves and cut in halves the seafood sticks.

In a large saucepan, heat up a drizzle of olive oil and add the garlic. Let this brown and then add the seafood and cream. Add in all seasonings and bring to a boil. Bring this to a lower heat.

Once the pasta is soft, drain the pasta. Add the seafood and sauce and garnish. Add Parmesan gratings and chilli flakes on top and serve. 😊 enjoy!
