Ingredients

  1. FOR DOUGH..
  2. . 1 cup maida
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tsppowder sugar
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. for filling
  8. 4boiled aalu
  9. 1/4 tspAjwain
  10. as per tastesalt
  11. 1onoin chopped
  12. 1/2 tspjeera powder (cumin powder)
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspchaat msala
  15. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  16. as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough mixing all ingredients and rest for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    MIx all ingredients of filling make dough

  3. 3

    Take a ball size dough and fill the filling 2 tsp and roll it

  4. 4

    Put it in preheated tandoor for 4-5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot with curd
